How It Works

Once your order is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. Updates will be given to you with every step of the shipping process till it gets to your door.  Items are usually shipped within 48 hours of every placed. Respective delivery details such as tracking information and expected arrival dates and times will be provided via email. 

OUR RETURN POLICY

All products are tested for full functionality.

However, if you are not satisfied with your product, we offer returns and replacements for all units as long as the issue is reported within 30 days of purchase, and are not at the fault of the customer. For items purchased from this site, please email support@kcmtradingllc.com and we will be more than happy to assist you with your claim.
