Items are usually shipped within 48 hours of every placed. Respective delivery details such as tracking information and expected arrival dates and times will be provided via email.

However, if you are not satisfied with your product, we offer returns and replacements for all units as long as the issue is reported within 30 days of purchase, and are not at the fault of the customer.
