  • 📍 Do I need to be in New Jersey to book a service?
    Not necessarily! Device repairs and pickups require local presence, but virtual consultations are open to customers across the U.S.

All products are tested for full functionality.

However, if you are not satisfied with your product, we offer returns and replacements for all units as long as the issue is reported within 30 days of purchase. For items purchased from this site, please email support@kcmtradingllc.com and we will be more than happy to assist you with your claim.
