📦 SHIPPING POLICY
• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
• Shipping Time: Standard shipping takes 3–10 business days, depending on your location and chosen method.
• Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
• Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses.

🔁 RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to love what you order. If there’s a problem, we’re here to help.

Eligibility:
• Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
• Certain items (e.g., personalized, perishable, or digital products) are non-refundable unless defective.

How to Start a Return:
• Email us at support@kcmtradingllc.com with your order number and reason for return.
• We’ll respond within 48 hours with return instructions.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Refunds:
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges:
• We offer one free size or item exchange per order (where applicable).
• If the requested item is unavailable, we’ll issue store credit.

📉 CANCELLATIONS
• Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase by contacting us directly.
• After 12 hours, we cannot guarantee cancellation as processing may have begun.
